Update the UI to use entities

Description

Updates the submission view to use the entities when listing report notes.

Changes

• Removed the dynamic section

Additions

• Support for tips alongside warnings and failures

Test and Review

• All of the methods are commented to expectation

• The methods are tested to satisfaction

• There are no unnecessary files present in the MR
